Hi, I'm austin!
I’m a creative born and raised in the rural outskirts of Central California. My passion is storytelling, fueled by my love for meeting new people and learning the about the moments that uniquely shaped them.
My journey with photography started in junior high working for the school yearbook. By senior year of high school I got my first DSLR and found fascination with documenting nature.
In college I took my first (and only) photography class and was encouraged to work for the university magazine and newspaper. For the next 4 years I fell in love with telling stories through photos. I paid my way through school telling stories on campus and honed my craft at workshops and conventions all around the country with the school’s journalism team.

Austin Romito photography is founded in Oakdale, CA.
