We’ve worked with companies of various sizes, from non-profit organizations, freelance agencies, small local businesses, and start-ups to national corporations.

Nowadays, having a website is not enough. For every business digital marketing is important as it connects you with a significantly larger pool of potential customers. It connects businesses to customers when they run an internet search, open their email accounts, or engage on social media.

Content marketing strategies can help any business reach out to its target audience, from major consumer brands and retail stores to tech companies and service-oriented businesses. Brand awareness is increased through content marketing via various online platforms. We will develop content that aligns with your business objectives and marketing goals. From infographics, videos, photographs, social posts, brochures, emails, and ebooks – all can illustrate concepts that are otherwise difficult to express in text.

Business Planning & Branding

We can help you develop a comprehensive business plan and branding strategy. Our collaborative process is essential in developing your brand so it will be engaging, purpose-driven, and capable of earning attention and loyalty from your target audience.

It’s the strategy behind the core brand elements that ensure consistency in your brand’s external expression.

An effective branding strategy involves several key elements that work together to build a strong, recognizable, and authentic brand. The elements are as follows:

  1. Clear purpose and a vision.
  2. Well defined target audience.
  3. Consistent brand identity.
  4. Unique brand positioning.
  5. Emotional connection.
  6. Customer service.
  7. Adaptability.

We start by performing discovery work and review specific background materials to understand your brand, its current position and how you are currently communicating with your audience. We then conduct a competitive audit to understand where your company sits within the marketplace and how you are or could be unique.

The timeline for developing an effective brand strategy can vary depending on the complexity of the brand, the scope of the project, and the resources available. However, here’s a general breakdown of the process:

  1. Research and Discovery (2-4 weeks): This initial phase involves understanding your brand’s current position, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and identifying your target audience. It’s important to gather all the insights needed to build a strong foundation for your strategy.

  2. Strategy Development (4-6 weeks): This is where the actual strategy starts to take shape. You’ll define your brand’s purpose, vision, mission, unique selling proposition (USP), and tone of voice. This stage also includes developing your messaging framework and the brand positioning.

  3. Brand Identity Design (4-8 weeks): If your strategy includes a complete visual overhaul, designing logos, color schemes, typography, and other brand elements will take time. This phase includes creative development, iterations, and finalizing your brand’s look and feel.

  4. Implementation & Rollout (6-12 weeks): Once the brand strategy and identity are defined, the next step is to integrate them across all touchpoints (website, social media, marketing materials, etc.). This phase involves designing and producing assets, updating your website, and launching marketing campaigns.

  5. Ongoing Evaluation and Adjustment: Even after launch, a brand strategy is a living, evolving process. Monitoring performance, gathering feedback, and making adjustments based on market shifts or audience reactions is crucial for long-term effectiveness.

In total, an effective brand strategy typically takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months to fully develop and launch, but it’s important to remember that branding is an ongoing journey. Regular evaluations and adjustments are essential to ensure your brand stays relevant and continues to resonate with your audience.
